Votre profil

We are searching for a Head of HR Switzerland and HQ, responsible to act as an expert and lead for HR Operations and employee relations for our Sites in Switzerland and have the ownership for HR Operations of the HQ . This role is based at our Operational HQ in Zurich and will report to an HR Business Partner. In addition to the responsibility for HR Operations, you will also be the key point of contact for HR Compliance topics. Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Lead a team of HR professionals dedicated to delivering HR services on each Site
  • Ensure effective management of all HR administrative tasks during the whole employee life cycle and be a key point of contact for any administrative topics
  • Ensuring a positive employee and manager experience in their interactions with people and organisation function
  • Establish and maintain an effective collaboration with official authorities
  • Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve the HR policies and initiatives to enhance business performance
  • Manage individual and collective employee relations issues in collaboration with HR Business Partners
  • Manage absenteeism including case management in collaboration with external provider
  • Manage specific projects and directly contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to local managers for the administration and support of all annual corporate HR processes
  • Support activities related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management with the Centres of Excellence
  • Ensure correct handling of workplace policies, procedures and practices in line with Employment legislation and regulations and standards requirements
  • Receive employee complaints and act to resolve them following established policies
The ideal candidate has a degree in Human Resources and Swiss HR training in addition to the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years related experience in managing HR Operations for Switzerland, preferably  in an international environment (pharmaceutical industry is an asset)
  • Strong Swiss labour law knowledge and employment principles
  • Proven Management experience of HR Professionals
  • Ability to work in a matrix structure and proven experience to delivering results through influencing and collaboration
  • Fluent in German and in English; French would be an asset 
  • Experience working in a dynamic, international environment (fast growing organization) 
  • Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced user of HR database and tools
