Votre profil

Vifor Pharma is currently undergoing unprecedented growth and portfolio expansion within rare diseases, Nephrology and Cardiorenal therapeutic areas. As part of our ever expanding digital growth we are looking to appoint a Digital Engagement Manager in our Barcelona offices.

This position will suit someone who has an interest in the pharmaceutical industry and managing digital campaigns across a number of platforms whilst being conscious of the nuances of a highly regulated industry. Significant interactions with the global marketing group is expected and hence a high level of English is a priority as well as a hands on attitude and creative mindset.

Responsibilities

  •  Drive implementation of Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) initiatives, within the affiliate
  • Managing digital platforms and tools to support cross-functional initiatives
  • Supporting the development and execution of campaigns in line with brand objectives and Vifor Pharma’s OCE strategy
  • Advising local Brand Teams on OCE topics and enabling effective use of OCE tools
  • Measuring and monitoring local OCE effectiveness (KPIs)
  • Assessing the success rates of individual campaigns, contents, assets and channels – making change recommendations as needed
  • Ensuring understanding of, and adherence to, legal and compliance rules for MOCE

Qualifications

  • University degree or higher education qualification(s) in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in relevant Marketing or Marketing Excellence roles (client or agency side)
  • Solid Project Management skills, including experience in managing multiple stakeholders,
  • Good understanding of operations and processes critical to Multichannel Marketing in Pharma (e.g. Closed-Loop Marketing, Customer Engagement Orchestration, Brand Planning, Marketing Automation, Approval process)
  • Experience designing, planning and delivering multichannel / digital marketing campaigns, including measurement & reporting of campaign analytics & KPIs
  • Proficient in using customer engagement channels including, but not limited to, web/digital design & UX principles, website development and content management, email marketing campaigns and campaign management system(s), compliant field emails, remote interaction tools, interactive detail aids, social media
  • Good understanding of CRM / Marketing platforms (e.g. saleforce.com)
  • Solid communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, fluency in English
  • Ability to conceptualize and create executive level presentations
