We are currently looking for a Medical Representative for our Iasi area. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, giving presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses and pharmacists in the hospitals. You will organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff, building and maintaining excellent working relationships with medical staff, and ensuring achievement and expansion of annual sales targets.

In addition, your tasks will include:

1. Act as the point of contact for his/her customers 
  • Represent company in the assigned area
  • Cultivate an optimum company image and of amiable business relations with the customers

2. Responsible for achieving both the business objectives and customer satisfaction objective:
  • Create successful customer relations/dialogues and by doing so strong customer value
  • Defines & executes flawless aligned regional face-to-face and digital customer journeys, based on the local account plans, brand strategy and considering specific customer requirements
  • Ensure that the face-to-face and digital engagement of the customer is consistent with both the national campaigns and local account strategies
  • Organize round tables and workshops, webinars, both offline and online
  • Communicate the marketing messages through traditional methods (calls, product presentations) and digital methods (emailing)
  • Set regional engagement strategies for the assigned customers, considering their specific requirements and preferences
  • Digital engagement with customers (via eg. Teams) within specific digital journeys
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer satisfaction
  • Co-create content with the marketing/medical team
  • Promote the products in the company’s portfolio in accordance with the approved plans
  • Carry out daily visits  according to the approved plan
  • Ensure full coverage of assigned area and of the target specialties 
  • Responsible for Sales performance for designated products: Accomplish the sales targets set on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

3. Account Planning:
  • Develops, implements, evaluates and adjusts periodically Account Plans (hospitals, clinics) for defined accounts using analyzing tools to ensure market changes will be followed and sales growth will be achieved
  • Plans and implements stakeholder partnership programs and evaluates their effectiveness
  • Coordinates the communication and activities with the account stakeholders in order to ensure consistency with Medical, Marketing and Sales projects

4. Pharmacovigilance: 
  • Report on time all adverse reactions of which the employee has learned to any of the drugs in the portfolio 

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.
  • Higher medical education degree
  • Strong commercial orientation
  • Excellent communication skills orally and in writing
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent in English both in spoken and written communication
