We are looking for further support in our Brand Management team. For this reason we are recruiting our new Associate Brand Manager at our headquarter in Meyrin/Geneva. In this global position you will be a key driver to implement our communication strategy worldwide. 

Reporting to the Brand Manager your main missions are as follows:
  • Drive the implementation of our brand strategy within our company and with our partners world wide
  • Drive, monitor and track the implementation of our global cross-functional plan. 
  • Ensure any deviations are accurately detected and flagged with sufficient lead time and ensure the required mitigation plan is put in place
  • Develop and design promotional marketing materials for the brand world-wide including the support for content definition, agencies briefing, material approvals.
  • Facilitate regular interfaces between global and regional teams to ensure good communication for full alignment on key brand strategies to create value for partners, customers and patients
  • Closely monitor activities of competitors and the market and analyze the impact on our own brand. 
  • Assist the brand manager in creating and developing game winning brand strategies and cross-functional plans
  • Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels to communicate with internal and external customers and partners and foster our brand community
  • Manage the brand specific data base to keep relevant information up to date and accessible for key users
To carry out these tasks the ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing, advertising or a business related subject in addition to the following:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, or brand management in a very regulated industry such as pharma Rx , OTC or FCMG
  • First leadership experience and strong stakeholder management
  • Digital marketing experience would be a big plus
  • Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications is a must, French would be a very big plus.
You are a dynamic person and autonomous in your work. Endowed with an entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to manage and work with different cross functional stakeholders such as the medical and commercial teams. You like to take a step back to analyze situations and propose solutions to that improve our global brand.
