We are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst/Functional Consultant based at our operational headquarters in Zurich as part of our SAP COE. Drawing on a keen understanding of HR processes and principles, the SAP SF Business Analyst will centrally support HR business demands. Provides an in-depth understanding of client specific needs and the way of translating these into configured solution within SAP SuccessFactors. Participates in the development of high-quality, cost-effective application functionalities and ensures good working relationships within the organisation's business units and vendors. Oversees the strategic integration and maintenance of the company’s employee HR processes into the IT landscape. Your tasks will include the following:

  • Support the roll out of SuccessFactors modules according to the project plan and deliver the IT related project objectives during the migration from our current HR System to SF
  • Ensure configuration workbooks are established during the project and maintain them on an ongoing basis
  • Analyse and test the quarterly release upgrades and advice the business function on upcoming, new system functionalities; ensure any arising validation needs of those upgrades are met
  • Act as main contact to the SuccessFactors support organisation and drive ticket handling with them
  • Collect, analyse and translate the HR business needs into application functionalities acting as a Service Delivery Manager within the IT Department for HR
  • Manage integration activities for all third-party applications interfaced with SuccessFactors
  • Manage regular system operations, establish automatisation to import/update employee data, data migration and mass load activities, workflows management, launch forms and create reports
  • Support centrally all technical learning demands from HR Learning or Business functions where needed
  • Manage the Validated Learning Management System (LMS) by overseeing system operations
  • Continuously seek ways to improve functionalities to ensure high quality, cost effective delivery of the application  to the business
  • Collect and analyse operational or project requirements and transfer the knowledge to the IT team
  • Allocate and monitor project spending, work out project or stream budget and ensure their adherence, maintain control over the project’s status
  • Support the negotiation and administration of vendor agreements, establish and oversee contracts with external partners

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT with relevant experience of HR processes and related IT architectural set-up, in addition to the following experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors implementation of at least two modules. Experience with validated IT environments and/or certification in at least one of the SuccessFactors modules is a plus
  • Proven ability to effectively train and facilitate global implementation situations
  • Experience on running HR operations in SAP specific applications
  • Fluent level in English, both in oral and written communication, French or German language skills will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in data modeling and master data management
  • Good knowledge of IT system landscape
