To support a global  SAP S/4 HANA project, our team in is growing and we are seeking an TechOps SAP Key User Warehousing / Order to Cash to be based in Zurich. You will be responsible to give input to the project team, to ensure process design, configuration, testing and training activities are planned and delivered to meet the implementation plan for SAP. In this position, you will report directly to the Head of Global Logistics & Distribution. Your tasks and responsibilities will include the following:

  • Ensure business requirements are identified, documented, tested and trained for SAP S4/HANA workstreams (Warehousing / OTC)
  • Enable system configuration and set up, training support for other users
  • Drive delivery of harmonised standards for ERP master data, securing the integrity and quality of the relevant ERP master data
  • Ensure optimal design and usage of the assigned work streams with ownership for strong training material
  • Ensure and support work stream business benefits included in the business case are delivered.
  • Coordinate activities with domains outside of TechOps when necessary
  • Provide input to the successful warehousing and OTC workstream implementation with project team
  • Develop project work plans, schedules and training events for SAP workstream rollout
  • Communicate activities and status of each project assigned throughout its lifecycle
  • Schedule and leads workshops and meetings as required
  • Identify areas to harmonise, simplify and optimise

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Planning or Purchasing

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in one or multiple modules of an SAP ERP system (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Plant Maintenance)
  • Fluent in English (written and verbally)
  • Project team experience
  • Pharma or Fast Moving Consumer Goods experience ideally in a GxP environment
