About You

In this key position as Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager you will report directly to the SFE Director at our Operational HQ in Glattbrugg, Zurich. You will be responsible for the successful enhancement and maintenance of the global management CRM as well as the central and local Business Intelligence tool. Within this important role, your tasks will include:

  • Accurate running of the global CRM and central and local BI tool
  • Further development of the global CRM and BI tool according to future trends and needs
  • Drive the business in using implemented tools
  • Ensure optimal usage of CRM/BI and share best practice among users
  • Build up defined CRM and BI core setups and the corresponding governance
  • Optimise support structures and processes
  • Maintain and develop further close collaboration with Vifor Pharma affiliates, provider and further stakeholders
  • Share best practices within SFE/CRM/BI community as well as within cross-functional teams
  • Participation in cross-functional teams to support CRM/BI enhancements as well as integration efforts for future business
  • Provide business trainings and support in CRM and BI
  • Provide business analyses, findings and proposals to the business on HQ level and enable local responsible people to do so

The successful candidate to fill this position brings the relevant educational qualification as well as the following knowledge and experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in project management, preferably in implementing a European and/or Global CRM within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in SFE within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably working as a SFE Manager
  • Experience in customer database development, technical experience in connecting different databases is an advantage
  • Advanced skills in business training and support linked to CRM and BI
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PPT as well as presentation skills
  • Experience in building a BI tool, reports and dashboards to drive the business
  • Fluency in English, both in oral and in written communications; French and German would be a strong asset
  • Experience as a Sales Representative and/or Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
